The reason for NaN in key figures in the Portfolio Report

If you have amortized more than the total nominal amount of a loan, it will result in certain key figures in the portfolio report displaying as NaN.

The easiest way to identify the problematic loan is to go to the portfolio view, sort by amount, and check if there is an active loan with a zero amount.

Correcting the loan's amortizations will restore the functionality of the report.
