Improved Management of Fees on Loans
We are pleased to announce an improvement in the management of various types of fees on loans. Previously, this functionality was only available for bonds. We will gradually roll out the fee management to more position types.
New Features in Fee Management
- Ability to input different types of fees
- Users can name the fees themselves
- Fees can be specified as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the current amount
- Support for entering one-time fees, such as setup fees and other specific charges, with the option to amortize these
Modules Supporting Fee Management
- Positions: Comprehensive overview of fees on loans
- Accounting: The new fees are fully supported in the accounting module and are treated as separate events
- Reports: Fees are included in both the cashflow and budget reports
