Once you have set up your positions and ensured that they are correct, you can use Nordkap's reports.
In Nordkap, you can easily retrieve the following reports:
- Maturity Report – Provides an overview of your cash flow, both historical and forecasted for the future.
- Accrued Report – Shows how much accrued debt you have at a specific date.
- Budget Report – Gives you an overview of your interest costs, both historical and forecasted for the future. You can simulate future interest costs with predefined or custom interest rate scenarios.
- Market Report – Provides market values for your interest rate swaps and bonds.
- Portfolio Report – A ready-made report with key figures, graphs and clear information about your financial positions.
- Export - All Positions – The ability to export detailed information about all your positions, allowing you to conduct your own analyses and draw conclusions.
With these reports, you get a complete and clear picture of your financial situation, both short and long term. By using the system correctly, you can effectively track your financial position and make well-informed decisions.
Important to know about the reports is that:
- .. They are generated based on either Portfolios or Ownership Companies, so be sure to organize your positions in a way that makes the reports relevant to you.
- .. They consist of information and data created and calculated based on the terms and events of the Positions.
- Ensure that your positions match the statements from your counterparties before analyzing the data in the reports!
- .. Not all reports have the same selection criteria. Read more in our Help Center about how to select the right criteria for each report to get the most relevant information for your needs.
- .. The information in most reports can be filtered, sorted, and grouped so you can easily extract the data you need.
- .. You can easily export the reports to Excel for further processing and analysis.
What is your responsibility as a user regarding the reports?
As a user, you need to understand the purpose of the different reports and the insights they provide, so you always choose the report that is relevant to you!
As a user, you cannot modify the information or calculations in the reports. If you believe the reports are incorrect, remember that they are based on the information available in the respective positions that make up the report.
If the reports appear incorrect, this is almost always due to individual positions where the Terms or Events do not match the statements from your counterparties.
