Interest rate floor

Handling variable interest when it is negative

In Nordkap, you choose how to handle negative interest rates.

• Reference floor
  If the reference rate falls below 0, it is set to 0 in Nordkap.
• Total floor
  If the sum of the reference rate and margin falls below 0, the reference rate plus the margin is set to 0.
