Get started with accounting

Chronological procedure for setting up accounting templates

This part of the guide is just a brief chronological description of the steps you take to get started with accounting.

  1. Go to Accounting
  2. Navigate to General Settings
    • Set up language, certificate management, and file management.
    • Configure accounting objects.
    • Save
  3. Go to the Fields and Templates
    • Set up custom fields if any.
    • Set up default templates if any.
    • Then, set up specific templates with rules for organizations and different position types.
  4. Go to the Mass updates
    • Apply your templates to the positions that fit.
  5. Go to the File Export and retrieve the data you need.
