Overview and Usage of the Maturity Report

The included position types are:
- Loans
- Certificates
- Credit Facility
- Interest Rate Swap
- Bond
- Interest Rate Cap
- Construction Loan
- Drawdown for Construction Loan

We start by specifying selection criteria for the Maturity Report:
Specify which portfolio(s) to include
Which positions to display: Existing, fictitious, or both
Specify the currency you want to use; the list shows the currencies you are licensed for. If you are missing a currency, you can contact our support. Conversion to the base currency is not supported.
Specify the period dates, from and to (i.e., inclusive dates). You will receive a proposed date when you open the report view, starting from today's date until the end of the next month. You can always change this date to the desired period/interval you are interested in; the date selection is based on the payment date.
After selecting your criteria, click 'Calculate,' and a Maturity Report is generated. You can choose to view the information in the interface or export the data to Excel. Your selection criteria will appear on a separate tab in the Excel export.
Please note that if you have separated the payment date and period date for one or more positions, it will affect the results you obtain in the Maturity Report.
