How do I link loans to mortgage deeds?
1. Click on Mortgage deeds
2. If you don't see the "Mortage deeds" tab, it's because you haven't selected "Mortage deed" as collateral in the loan terms
3. Click on Mortgage deeds
4. Click on Edit mortage deeds
5. Click the box under Property designation to link the loan to the property's mortgage deed
By clicking on this box, next to the property's name, the loan is distributed among all registered mortgage deeds.
The loan is distributed to the oldest mortgage deeds first and as far as there is available loan space.
6. Alternative: Choose one or more specific mortgage deeds to link to the loan
By clicking the down arrow next to the property name, you will see a list of available mortgage deeds. You can then choose which specific mortgage deed(s) this loan should be linked to.
7. This is what it looks like when you click the downward arrow.
8. Option: Specify the loan amount you want to allocate to each mortgage deed yourself.
By clicking on the row of the mortgage deed for the "Allocated loan amount," you can manually specify the exact amount from the loan that you want to link to the mortgage deed.
